1. Definitions

1.1. "TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd" (“we”, “us” or “our”) refers to the engineering firm providing services.

1.2. "Customer" (“you” or “your”) refers to the party or parties availing services from TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd.

1.3. "Services" refer to the engineering work carried out on vehicles and within warehouses as specified in the service agreement or specified verbally by the Customer.

2. Agreement

2.1. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd and the Customer.

2.2. By availing TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd's services, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.

3. Scope of Services

3.1. TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd offers a range of engineering services, including but not limited to vehicle bolt / injector removals, tapping, re-threading, warehouse equipment maintenance, manufacture, welding and other related services.

4. Estimates and Quotes

4.1.  TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd will provide you with an estimate or quote for the proposed services upon request. However, please note that these estimates are subject to change based on the actual scope of work required once our technicians have had an opportunity to assess the vehicle or equipment.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment for services rendered by TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5.2 We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic funds transfers. Payment details will be provided on your invoice.

6. Liability

6.1. TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd will carry out services with due care and professionalism. However, the Customer acknowledges that the nature of engineering work involves inherent risks.

6.2 TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of services provided, including work on vehicles. The Customer is responsible for insuring against any such risks.

6.3. You are responsible for removing any valuable items from your vehicle before the service or repair. TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd will not be held liable for the loss or damage to any personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Warranty

7.1. TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd provides a limited warranty on its workmanship. Any specific warranty terms will be outlined on your invoice.

7.2. If you have an issue with any work carried out by TLR Carcom Engineering, you must notify us immediately and allow us reasonable time for the work to be rectified.  We will not be liable for any costs incurred if you decide to instruct a third party to carry out work without our approval.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by the Customer in the course of providing services.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

9.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

11. Entire Agreement

11.1. These terms and conditions, along with any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

12. Modifications

12.1. TLR Carcom Engineering Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or provided to you directly. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
